Our Small Residence "
Elba Serena" by the sea is located in an
excellent position on a flat area for ideal access to all our apartments,
we are only 150 meters from the beach (easily accessible on foot even with small children) is composed of several units all with a separate room from the living room and private outdoor space, the adjacent bay is 50% free equipped in summer with services such as: rent deckchairs, umbrellas, rubber dinghy, pedal boats and canoes, bar, restaurant, an excellent starting point for diving, snorkeling, or pleasant excursions in the entire area of the surrounding park, on foot or by mountain bike.
You will visit in the
beautiful Costa dei Gabbiani some of the most beautiful and wild beaches of the island and if you want you can move without your car to reach Capoliveri or other beaches further away thanks to the shuttle service at 50 meters from our Residence (made available by the municipality in summer) ...
At about 3 km is the medieval village of Capoliveri on the hill with wonderful views of Montecristo, Pianosa and Corsica and about 6 km Porto Azzurro with the possibility of organized boat trips to the smaller islands of the Tuscan archipelago.
We have
apartments of various sizes from 2 to 5 places always with 1 bedroom (with mattresses in Memory Foam to sleep well) separated from the living room (where there are other beds), some sea views and all with private entrance, bathroom with shower and window, solarium and veranda.
Our entire structure is served by
a water softening system to make your showers much more pleasant and you will also have
a washing machine and ironing board !!!
